This low-impact total body conditioning class uses a variety of equipment to incorporate all the major muscle groups, and addresses strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, balance, coordination and agility. Join our specially trained instructors in the Studio for a low-impact workout that will help keep seniors healthy and independent.
