Taekwondo

 

Ages 6–12

In addition to teaching balance, coordination, strength, basic blocks, strikes, kicks, and self-defense, this class will provide you with the foundational life skills of martial artists. Utilizing the tenets of Taekwondo, students will learn courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment. Led by Championship Training Taekwondo.
