Riverbank Run Race Information

Saturday, April 26, 2025
All ages

Registration is now open!

Since 1972, the YMCA Riverbank Run has been a favorite springtime tradition for Missoulians! And, with four race options to choose from, there’s something for everyone.

The Riverbank Run is a family-friendly event that is open to all ages and abilities. Choose from the 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, or run all three events in our signature event, the Trifecta (10.321 miles). Strollers and wheelchairs welcome! No pets, please.

The 53rd Annual YMCA Riverbank Run is April 26, 2025! Join us in downtown Missoula on race day or complete your virtual race any time on or before race day by running our course or equal distance of your choosing.

All races start in the heart of downtown Missoula at Higgins and Broadway and finish on the river trail near the Boone and Crockett Club.

Kids 12 and under: Registration for 10K, 5K, and 1 mile is just $15, including race shirt.

The YMCA Riverbank Run is a fundraiser for the Missoula Family YMCA. All proceeds stay local and support the Y's financial assistance program. No refunds or deferrals are issued for this race. Racers unable to compete in their original race may switch to a different distance, switch to virtual, or transfer their registration to someone else.
